The measurable difference
behind MarbleMat™
MarbleMat™ Advantage:
2.4× higher bioavailability at the same dose.
MarbleMat™ Advantage:
Higher water solubility leads to more effective absorption in the body.
MarbleMat™ Advantage:
Flexible release design — from fast to sustained — tailored
to your formulation needs.
MarbleMat™ Advantage:
Controlled release in the intestine, not the stomach.

In a rat bioequivalence study, MarbleMat™ achieved up to 2.4x higher, faster, and more efficient absorption compared to Zytiga in both fasted and fed states — with reduced variability.
In biorelevant FaSSIF media, Oil Marbles B achieved significantly higher solubility compared to Zytiga — reaching over 70% dissolved vs. less than 20% for the commercial reference.
Using MarbleMat™ technology, different formulations of Marbles achieved distinct release profiles — including both traditional and sustained release. Both formulations demonstrated significantly higher release compared to the commercial vitamin D oil formulation, enabling enhanced and controlled nutrient delivery.
Oil Marbles stayed intact in acidic (stomach-like) pH and rapidly dissolved in intestinal conditions. This preserves ingredient stability and supports absorption at the optimal site.
